Can I get an estimate before settlement?
Yes. Start your quote before you have the keys using the property listing, floor plan or photos. Tell us which painting or flooring projects you’re considering. We review the details and confirm scope, measurements, condition and access before the work is booked.
Where do I add the property listing?
In the photos and property information step of the quote, there is an optional property listing link field above the photo upload. The listing is never required and it doesn’t replace the measurements or scope you enter.
Is this just for interior painting and floors?
No. You can include interior painting, exterior painting, roof painting and floor work. Choose one service or combine several in your quote. Paintii reviews each part of the scope and coordinates the agreed work with you.
Can I book painting or flooring on its own?
Yes. You don’t need to book both. Request the painting or flooring service you need, whether that’s a roof repaint, an exterior refresh, timber floor sanding and recoating or a suitable concrete floor finish.
Should painting or floor sanding happen first?
It depends on the finishes selected and site conditions. We plan the order of work, along with drying and curing allowances, once we’ve reviewed the scope, and explain the sequence to you before booking.
How long before I can move furniture onto the finished floor?
Drying and curing times vary with the finish, number of coats, temperature and ventilation. We give you guidance for your selected finish and conditions, so you can plan when furniture can safely go back in.
Can my real estate agent arrange access?
Access needs authorisation from the person entitled to grant it. If your agent or the vendor is arranging access before settlement, we confirm the arrangement with you before any work is scheduled.
What happens if my settlement date changes?
Let us know as soon as you can. The dates you share in your quote are requested dates, not confirmed bookings, and we confirm the schedule after review, so we can work with you on a revised window.
